  3. Take a Reusable Water Bottle: Hydration is key when hiking. Carrying a reusable water bottle helps cut down on waste.<\/li>\n
  4. Leave No Trace: This old hiking saying means you should carry out all your waste when you leave, including biodegradable stuff like fruit peels and seeds.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
